Its official! Just like i predicted we are going to see the new Npc Ifbb Wellness Division at the Arnold Amateur in 2020!
The Arnold Amateur is one of the premier bodybuilding competitions world wide every single year featuring international Bikini, Figure, Bodybuilding and now Wellness! Im beyond excited to see this addition to the Arnold Classic being entered officially now.
Wellness is the newest addition to the NPC and IFBB set to debut in 2020. It is a bridge between todays Npc Ifbb Bikini and Todays Npc Ifbb Figure. The conditioning of the athletes will be relatively the same as todays Npc Ifbb Bikini but the lower body muscle structure is much more developed in the new Npc Ifbb Wellness Division.
The 2020 Arnold Amateur NPC International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Physique Championships will be held Thursday, March 5-Saturday, March 7 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio as part the annual Arnold Sports Festival.
