ELEGANCE OVER MASS

Fit Model requires a foundation of muscle, but not the density or separation seen in Bikini. Legs, glutes, arms, and delts should be toned and shaped just enough to create smooth, feminine curves without appearing bulky or overly conditioned.

SYMMETRY AND PROPORTION

Judges score Fit Model holistically, every body part should complement the next.
No section of the physique should overpower another; balance between shoulders, waist, glutes, and legs is key.

POLISHED CONDITIONING

Conditioning should be fit and polished, not shredded or striated. Posing and stage presence matter, a natural walk, confident poise, and elegant transitions.
