YOUR TRUE INTENSITY

Intensity is king over all else in the gym. When you achieve the correct intensity the results are dramatically different. Scientists try to make supplements and shakes to improve intensity but the greatest form of it lives right inside you!
How to access intensity:
It’s as simple as that.
So many people in the gym are texting between sets, talking to their friends for 10 minutes, or just simply going through the motions.
Nothing can be worst to produce any type of result in the gym.
You could literally have the perfect training program, the perfect nutrition program, all the supplements you could ever imagine but if you don’t have focus, all of it is garbage.
My challenge to you:
Lock up your cell phone.
Yes you heard me correctly. Take your cell phone and lock it up in the car, gym locker, whatever!
Just do not take it out on the weight room floor with you.
Don’t talk to anyone.
Lift the entire workout focusing strictly on you and your training. No phone and no socializing.
After you are done, tell me the results were not dramatically different.
Focus and make better gains than ever before!
