MOTIVATION IS A STATE OF MIND

Everyone always wonders “Where do I find motivation?”

 

Is it through circumstances? Is it through other people? Will I just wake up one day and have it?

 

People often put things off and procrastinate based on the fact they do not have or cannot find motivation.

But what if you don’t have to find it? What if it’s simply always there should you choose to access it?

 

I invite you to the idea that,

 

 

Motivation Is a State Of Mind

Basically, at any point in time you can open the gates of motivation and have unlimited drive, discipline and determination to absolutely conquer anything in your path.

 

If motivation is with you 24/7 should you need it, how do you access it?

 

You make the choice.

 

Step 1 : Remember why you started.

 

Start by remembering why you started in the first place. For example if you set out to go to the gym, why did you set that goal? Was it your health? Was it your image? Was it to better yourself?

Remember that reason and remember what it felt like to be that person in that moment where you decided to make the change.

Now by doing just that simple task you probably already have opened the doors to your motivation. Sometimes it can be all too easy to get off track and we lose why we started in the first place.

 

Step 2: Remember where you are going.

 

I want you to live the goal accomplished. Whatever it is live it 100% as if its real now in this moment. It is already accomplished. If we use our example from earlier, imagine you regularly go to the gym, you have improved your health and you are feeling better than ever before.

 

What does that feel like?

 

Even though you have not yet achieved this goal, you can experience how good it will feel to do just that.

Motivation is choice and it starts with remembering why you started and also looking forward to accomplishing it.

 

Make the choice today and forget waiting for motivation.
