You wake up, grab your coffee and check the WOD before you rush out the door to your favorite box to crush it!
Some are easy. Some are insanely hard.
Crossfit is a sport of its own and if you really want to improve your ability to perform in Crossfit, you should focus on other sports as well.
Getting better at other sports will correlate well to Crossfit.
I am not talking about playing softball either.
I mean strength sports.
Go try some powerlifting, try some bodybuilding, even strongman.
Do a full program cycle in addition to your WODS and notice the dramatic differences in your performance.
Variety in your training will be a huge benefit for you and improving your WODs.
