WHAT IS FIT MODEL DIVISION?
Fit Model division emphasizes a toned, balanced, and athletic physique that’s less muscular and conditioned than the Bikini division.
Judges look for:
​
A fit, toned look with smooth lines and no visible muscle separation, striations, or deep cuts. The ideal is softer than Bikini
​
Upper-to-lower body balance. No single body part (shoulders, glutes, or legs) should overpower the others.
Shoulders should have slight roundness but not capped delts, and the core should be flat but not etched or overly defined with full, firm glutes and no visible tie-ins
​
This division is designed as an entry-level category for women who train hard but don’t aim for the muscularity or leanness of Bikini, Figure, or Wellness. It’s not about extreme diets or bulk. Just a healthy, fit aesthetic.

A FEW TIPS...
NUTRITION
Focus on balanced macros and prioritize whole foods. Aim for a diet filled with high quality protein to support muscle tone, ample carbs for energy and fullness, and healthy fats to keep lines soft and hormones thriving.
Skip aggressive calorie deficits. Aim for a slight deficit (200-300 calories below maintenance) if fat loss is needed, but keep it gradual. Fit Model rewards a healthy, sustainable look over a ripped one.

TRAINING
You'll want to focus on building a toned, symmetrical, and balanced physique without excessive muscularity or definition.
Your training should focus on:

Training all muscle groups evenly—legs, glutes, back, shoulders, arms, and core

Keeping abs flat but not etched with exercises like planks, leg raises, and bicycle crunches. Avoid heavy weighted ab moves that thicken the midsection.​

Avoiding excess cardio. Do minimal (if any) cardio to stay away from the “shredded” look.

Fit Model is fit, not shredded.

Focus on sleep quality, sunlight and activities outside of the gym. PED's didn't even exist and also weren't needed.
