DO YOU NEED SUPPLEMENTS?

Supplements, Supplements, Supplements.

 

The fitness industry is no doubt full of them.

Beginners to advanced it is always toted to you that you need this pill, this powder, this drink or guess what?

 

You won’t make any progress.

 

So is that really true? Do you need supplements?

 

Nope.

 

Yes I said it.

 

You do not need supplements.

 

You won’t find any big supplement companies hunting me down to be a brand ambassador because I simply won’t feed bull shit to my audience.

 

Yes there are obviously supplements that work. There are obviously supplements that can be good.

 

But don’t mistake them for something they are not.

 

Supplements are not magic.

 

Supplements are not all created equal.

 

And supplements are most certainly not a replacement for training and nutrition.

 

If you choose to take supplements, that’s not a bad thing.

 

Just make sure you know exactly what is in it, Exactly who makes it, and exactly the purpose it serves you.

 

Supplements are just that.

 

Made for supplementing.

 

Nothing will ever replace proper training and nutrition.
