1. BRING HEALTH BACK TO BODYBUILDING
Bodybuilding was always meant to be a sport of performance, health, and physique mastery. The best competitors aren’t built through chaos, extremes, or burnout, they’re built through intelligent training, structured nutrition, quality recovery, and long-term execution.
My coaching focuses on bringing that standard back. We build stage-ready athletes with strategies that protect muscle, support hormones, improve digestion, and keep you progressing without destroying your body in the process.

2. CUSTOM COMPETITOR TRAINING PLAN
After coaching thousands of competitors, I learned a few things. The number 1 being that each person needs customized training to get the best results. You will never unlock your full potential just "working out", following your favorite Pro's workouts off social media or doing a program you googled or got from "a friend who competes". If you aim to do the best you can and give yourself the best chance to win, then you must follow a custom program that is built specifically to you and your physique.
3. CUSTOM COMPETITOR NUTRITION PLAN
Nutrition is directly responsible for every single function of the human body from hormones, to metabolism, the way you build muscle to the way you burn fat. Yet most of what is done in the bodybuilding industry today is a total waste of time and often restricting vital nutrients. Todays approach is to just starve yourself and that works because you will get "shredded" right?
As long as you can suffer, you will do great on stage right?
Wrong. Not only will you dramatically effect your health in a negative way you also will get extremely sub par results on stage. Our approach to nutrition is focused on teaching our athletes the best and most sustainable methods to ensure not only the best result on stage but also the best result for your overall health and well being. We like high calories, nutrient dense foods and teaching you how you can eat to fuel your body on and off the stage.

4. CUSTOM CARDIO TRAINING PLAN
While many coaches set athletes for 2 hours of cardio per day on day 1, we program cardio differently. Our cardio programming is custom built specifically for you. And our focus is always to do as little as possible. For most our athletes this will equate to a couple 15-20 minute sessions per week. For some its zero. Yes you read that correctly. Some athletes require more but we never have or will give anyone multiple hours of cardio to do per day. Over doing cardio has a number of negative effects. Cardio should be used as a tool to assist progress but it should never be a foundational element of anyones competition journey.
5. CUSTOM SUPPLEMENT PLAN
We believe supplements are to be used exactly as the name implies. To supplement. Not to be a foundational element of your competition experience. So many athletes dump thousands of dollars into meaningless supplements when really if they had better focused on training and nutrition they would have got 10 times better results. Even worse are the coaches pushing entire supplement stacks on clients because they make a huge percentage on each sale of them they make. We do not do this or believe this is how competitors become most successful. Any supplements we recommend would be suggested only with actual reasoning behind why. And we do not get any kickbacks on any supplements we recommend. Our clients generally will take our recommendations and purchase the supplement itself from whichever brand they prefer. We do also only suggest supplements based in real research and science. Not whatever brand says they can "pay us" to promote.

6. A TRUE RIDE OR DIE COACH
The coaching industry in general has a bad rep. There are coaches that run scams, coaches that sign you up and never speak to you again, coaches that don't answer your messages and coaches that ultimately don't care if you succeed or not in achieving your goals.
I firmly believe that athletes will do and perform their best on stage, on prep and during improvement season when they know they have a Coach who is in it with them 100%. When you train with me, your goals become my goals and i leave nothing on the table in ensuring that you will achieve them. We will win together.

7. WEEKLY CHECK INS
Check ins are key to your win on a bodybuilding stage. They make sure things are all going to plan and keep the results happening in the timeline they need to ensuring your success on competition day. They are also important for improvement season and staying accountable making sure you preserve the great results you made on prep. I have found the best check in frequency for competitors to be weekly. This allows for the best stat tracking, physique monitoring and ensures progress is happening in correlation with timelines for your goals.
8. POSING COACHING
You can train hard, you can diet right, and you can do every minute of cardio but if your posing isn’t on point, you won’t place. I've seen great physiques lose shows every single weekend due to posing alone.

I believe strongly in creating the most ideal environment for athletes to be able to ask questions, give feedback, leave comments or even just brag about their new personal best on Hip Thrust that day. You can literally message anytime and thats the way it should be.
