He has worked with many successful Wellness athletes, Bikini competitors, Mens physique athletes and Bodybuilders to have incredible improvement season gains and successful competition seasons. He also has successfully helped hundreds of clients achieve total body transformations losing body fat or building muscle. Brandon Laurent is a 2x IFBB Pro Champ, certified personal trainer, and men's physique posing expert with over a decade's worth of experience in the fitness industry.
Originally from San Diego, he spent most of his childhood in Alabama. In 2010, due to a doctor visit where he learned he was on the verge of having high blood pressure because of unhealthy habits, Brandon signed up for a gym membership and discovered something he loved and would soon pursue as a career.
Since then, Brandon has competed in many bodybuilding shows throughout the country, taking home several overall trophies and becoming an x 2 IFBB PRO men's physique competitor.
